ORDER INFORMATION

Shop our website. On the product page, select your desired item. Click on ‘Add to Cart’. Ensure the items and quantity in your cart are correct. 

Fill in your shipping details and key in your discount code or gift card if applicable. You may add special instructions under ‘Order Notes’ located on the Checkout page. Choose your preferred mode of payment. When you are ready to check out, click ‘Place Order’

You will receive an order confirmation email from us after the order has been successfully placed and as your order makes its way to you.

Orders that are made before 11 AM will be processed on the same day. For orders that are made after 11 AM, it will be processed on the next working day.

Packages will arrive within 1-3 business days for orders within Metro Manila and 2-7 business days for provincial orders.

We are based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

We ship nationwide through J&T Express. Upon order/payment confirmation, it takes around 1-3 business days for orders within Metro Manila and 2-7 business days for provincial orders. Kindly allow an additional 2-3 working days during sale periods or public holidays.

Email updates will be sent, or you may initiate a chat to check on your order status.

These are our order status terms for your guidance:

Order Received: We have received your order and are verifying your payment. If payment is successful, your order status will be updated to ‘Packing Your Parcel’.

Packing Your Parcel
: Your order is confirmed, and we are preparing to ship it to you.

On Its Way
: Your order has been handed to our logistics courier and is on its way to you!

Refunded/Cancelled: We’re sorry we couldn’t verify your payment. We will reach out regarding your order.

Once turned over to our local delivery partner, you can track your parcel with the following steps:
1. Click here for J&T Express’ tracking platform.
2. Key in your Waybill/Tracking Number, and click the search button.

Please ensure your information is correct before submitting your order. For any changes related to your order, kindly contact us or email us at aesturre@gmail.com within an hour from placing your order.

ORDER ISSUES

When your order and payment go through, you will be directed to a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with all your order details. You can also refer to your order history on your profile, and all is good!

For order concerns or follow-ups, please reach out to us here. Rest assured that we will respond to you promptly.

We inspect all items prior to delivery. In the event that the product is damaged when it reaches you or for returns, please refer to our return policy. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days upon receiving your order.
