Returns and Refunds
For Online Purchases:
Condition of Item(s)
Item(s) must be unused, in the original condition received, and should still have their tags intact (if applicable). The jewelry box must also be in the same condition as received. Please ship the item in its original packaging or with an extra shipping carton so that the jewelry box will be protected during shipping.
We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final.
Return and Refund Process
1. To initiate the return process, kindly email us at aesturre@gmail.com with the following information:
-Your name
-Your order number
-The item name(s) and photo of the item(s) to be returned
-Reason for return
Requests must be submitted within 7 days after your order has been delivered. We will reply with return instructions including a mailing address within 1-2 business days.
2. Send back the product/s to Aesturre. Customers are responsible for return shipping along with any associated costs. We recommend using a reputable courier such as LBC, J&T Express, or GogoXpress to make sure your package is handled properly with a corresponding tracking number. We are not liable should products arrive damaged or get lost.
3. Please email us and provide: your order number, the proof of postage of your delivery, and a working tracking number.
Reimbursement & Processing Time
After your return has been received and confirmed, you’ll be issued a Store Credit equivalent of the purchase price of each returned item. Delivery fees, if any, won’t be refunded. As long as the items are in accordance with the conditions above, we will process the credit/refund within 7 days of receiving the goods (not including delivery time).
